Sunday September 13:
Arnhem - Emmerich
You are welcome on board from 16:00. On our way to Emmerich the crew will introduce themselves in the lounge and you will have the opportunity to meet your fellow passengers. We will arrive in Emmerich after dinner, where you can take a walk around the town.
Monday September 14:
Emmerich - Düsseldorf
We leave Emmerich early and set sail for Düsseldorf. This city is perfect for some wonderful shopping. A walk through the nearby centre will take you to the Königsallee, a chic and exclusive shopping street. On your way you will pass by countless cafes where the Altbier (Old Beer) flows freely. As an alternative you can sign up on board for a city tour by coach(*). You will then see the highlights of this bustling metropolis.
Tuesday September 15:
Düsseldorf - Cologne
The impressive towers of the Cologne Dom (Cathedral) come into view around lunchtime. It’s only a short walk from our landing stage to the centre of this lively city. Visit the Chocolate Museum or the Dom, go shopping in the shopping streets or at the 4711 perfumery. There are plenty of opportunities to get a good impression of this city.
Wednesday September 16:
Cologne - Koblenz
After arriving in Koblenz you can discover by yourself everything that this town has to offer. Take a walk to the Deutsche Eck where the Moselle flows into the Rhine. Or float over the Rhine in the cable car to the Ehrenbreitstein fortress where you have spectacular views of the Rhine and Moselle Valleys.
Thursday September 17:
Koblenz - Cochem
As soon as we have passed through the first lock on the Moselle, you will experience the difference between the busy Rhine Valley and the serene Moselle Valley. The wine makers are busy among the steep vines harvesting their grapes, while in the villages along the Moselle, one wine festival after another is being organised. Cochem is a typical Moselle town and has a lovely inner town with half-timbered houses. The many souvenir shops in the narrow alleyways in the centre are interspersed with intimate Weinstuben (wine cellars).
Friday September 18:
Cochem - Boppard
You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Moselle during the morning. Once back on the Rhine we pass high cliffs with fortresses and castles which make the panoramas even more beautiful. We will arrive in Boppard during the afternoon. This town, located in the middle of the Bopparder Hamm wine region, has a long Rhine Promenade which will lead you right into the centre.
Saturday September 19:
Boppard - Bonn - Krefeld
The pedestrian area of our next destination, Bonn, is one of the largest in Germany. There are plenty of shops in the lively, narrow streets and in the attractive squares. Well-known shopping streets include the Bonngasse, the Poststra?e and the completely refurbished Friedrichstra?e. Or maybe you prefer to visit the house where Beethoven was born? We will sail downstream to Krefeld. This modern town expanded in the eighteenth century to accommodate the textile industry. Several old weavers’ houses remind us of those times. In the evening the captain will invite you to the Captains Dinner.
Sunday September 20:
Krefeld - Arnhem
This wonderful holiday must come to an end. We will approach Arnhem at about 14:00 where we will disembark after lunch. We wish you a safe journey home.

Free glass of wine with dinner
